VECTOR: G05-802

I am troubleshooting a G05-802. I have retrace lines that will not go away.
The center dot is very bright as well. I have installed a cap kit from bob,
I have replaced both the brightness and contrast POTS and I just replaced
q504.

After the cap kit, the contrast POT did nothing. After replacing both POTS,
the contrast POT still does nothing in terms of adjusting the contrast.

Thoughts?
