VECTOR: TECH: Battlezone Monitor Goes on and Off

Hi All

I'm having a problem with a Battlezone.  The monitor will 
always work in test mode but when switched to game mode the 
monitor will work for a bit then start switching on and 
off.  The spot killer goes on and off with each cycle.  
Here's the "what's done" list:

Recapped monitor and HV unit
Reflowed solder joints on monitor and interconnect cable
A/R board modified to eliminate 5V regulation circuity, 
voltage set to 5.1vdc at chips on PCB.

Game was working fine until moved.

Any help would be appreciated.
