Dave,
I was looking in my Mouser catalog. (Current catalog 622 Page 976) Why not
buy separate pins. Make a small pcb with a header and solder it all up?  
 
Maybe $8 ea for 200

This is for a commercial project, so that wouldn't be too safe.
