Hello again blmlists. Came back after several years of arbitral inactivity. And immediately, a delicate problem. North is an expert ; South a client, prone to forgetting his system. North South AQTx x X xxx Kxxx AJTx AQxx KJTxx 1D (1S) 2D* Pass *Explained as : 5 hearts, less than 2/1 value (at most 10 HCP). The convention card confirms this. a. Is there such a thing as fielding a system error ? b. In this case, would you deem it to (possibly) have happened here ? c. What do active ethics say about this situation ? (notice that NS can make 5C, except that the client would play it (after 2NT-3C etc.) Thanks for your help Alain _______________________________________________ Blml mailing list [email protected] http://lists.rtflb.org/mailman/listinfo/blml
