That's two "problems."  If a genuine psych or misbid gets a good result, 
there's no redress.  If instead the Director (or AC) deems there was a 
partnership understanding, that may have been an illegal agreement, and 
there may have been MI to opponents.  Presumably we know how to rule on 
those infractions, though of course ruling may require difficult 
judgments.  (Actually, in the ACBL, I don't think we have any official 
guidance in how to rule on illegal understandings.)
