Ok, can someone educate me on the various documentes available? I went to
http://webstore.ansi.org/ and searched for the C++ keyword and got the
following results:

ISO/IEC 14882:2003 - Programming languages - C++ - $281.00
INCITS/ISO/IEC 14882-2003 - Programming languages - C++ - $18.00

What is the difference between these two? They are both 2.35 MB and reading
the descriptions didn't enlighten me that much...

The 1998 version isn't shown, and the link you posted below results in an
error msg: "The product you requested is currently not available."

Then there's the 1997 C++ Public Review document on the web that I use for
quick reference: http://anubis.dkuug.dk/jtc1/sc22/open/n2356/. How much did
the final 1998 standard differ from this public review document? Does the
actual draft contain more info? Are there other websites available?
