This is known to happen if the Last Logon Time is ZERO. The system translates that as 0 seconds from conception.. hence, 1969. If it does it with ALL your characters, make sure that the last log off time (ch->llogoff) is being written to the pfile correctly, and also if it's being read in correctly.
