I would have to agree with Richard on the going to unlimited bits option.

I added AFF2 to our mud in the last major re-work, and I am thinking about 
going to unlimited bits instead (wish I would have then). I had more 
headaches getting it right. I haven't run out of AFF2 yet, but it's just a 
pain to keep track between then, and then you have to check for affected by 
TWICE.
