We are changing domain of activity of our
Delphi Game Development eGroup (DelphiGames_Dev).
Now, its title is changed from
DelphiGames_Dev to VisualGameBuilder.

A new cross-platform "Real-World Simulation
Software Development Package" called CO2
will be designed in our eGroup which aims at
both Delphi/Kylix and VC++ environments.
We have just started discussing it
but we need more active members in the field of
C/C++, Delphi, Win32, Linux/Unix.
The package will include the following
major components:

1) A framework : CO2's Framework.
2) An engine : CO2's Executable Engine (Based on CO2's Framework).
3) A set of API: CO2 specific Application-Programmig-Interfaces
(Aimming the above engine).
4) A set of convertors/compilers : To/From CO2 specific file-formats
(Based on CO2's Framework).
and finally
5) An Integrated-Development-Environment (Based on CO2's Framework).

Our goal is to integrate currently available
components such as SDL, FMOD, etc in an IDE
which is based on top of a powerful framework.
This will make simulation software developers'
lives easier.

Details of the package will be discussed in
the eGroup. Please join us to be one of the designers
or if you have any ideas that helps us design a better
product.

Regards
Ramin.Zaghi
