New website proposal - asking for feedback

Hi Team,

in the last couple of months, Mataniko improved the ScummVM website by 
enabling support for a responsive design and devices with low screen 
resolutions/mobile phones. See 
https://github.com/scummvm/scummvm-web/pull/69; a demo website is 
available at http://scummvm.herokuapp.com/.

Since this is a change with quite some impact, I'd like to ask the team 
for feedback prior merging this.
