I would disagree, while there are a lot of promising CI packages out there,
most of them fail due to the fact that they do not come with source. the
CC.NET source code is far from perfect, but it's there and you can modify
it. Doing anything outside the beaten path will bring you into the need to
make your own plugins. We've written several to fit our development process
better. With a close source commercial package you're at the mercy of their
whims, or if you can bring pressure on them to implement your changes.
