Hi,

I recommend TeamCity. (http://www.jetbrains.com/teamcity/) It has
very good support for distributing build steps, has pre-commit tests
and is generally really nice to use. Unlike Hudson it doesn't run out
of memory when your log files / nunit xml results files become huge
and other assorted small issues that simply drove us nuts.
