How many people in the armed forces ACTUALLY fight?  Less than one in 
ten.  There's the Army Corps of Engineers, and there are a great many 
other ways to contribute in the military.  And once again, I didn't say 
DRAFT them, I said, why not make them the offer - housing, food, and a 
career in return for your service.

If they'd rather hang around a refugee center, or try some other method 
of getting back on their feet, fine, it's a free country.  But I'm 
betting some would accept the offer.
