So the 1991 Gulf War was illegal too, then?  As was the Bosnian 
operation?  Every other time in American history when we've used troops 
without an actual declaration of war?  Was Lend-lease in WWII illegal?  

Frankly, I would have loved to see an actual declaration of war here, 
but the failure to have one does not make it an illegal war.   It 
certainly does not make it an unjust war.
