On the criminal side, he was accused of perjury, not sexual molestation. 
And he was not suspended from office (who would suspend him?), but he was 
disbarred in the State of Arkansas over the matter.

And, Bill, I have to say I've never heard of a governor having employer 
rights over mayors.  Must be a Floriduh thing.
