Yes I had a mental block. I could not for the life of me pull out the word "harressment" out of my grey matter.

No I probably wouldn't either. I did say in my reply to Bill that it did depend on the circumstances. I don't 
think that a policeman and a mayor are the same though, and Bill did not make clear he was talking about sexual 
crimes in his initial post.
