Err, Bill, most of these guys, their "turf" WAS London.  I believe every
single one was born and bred in England.

There even appear to have been a couple of "very British" guys who
"converted to Islam" some six months ago, you can't even claim they're
descendant from people of some other "turf" that you can take your war to.
