Bigots in action or a useful service?

So what do people think of the latest hook Mr Blair's administration have got themselves caught on?

I wonder whether the government are going to be spending a load more of our taxes to fill the void that their 
latest piece of legislation seems likely to create, and if so whether taking adoption out of the church's hands 
is a good thing? It strikes me that this is political correctness taken too far.
