ATTENTION ANYONE INVOLVED IN DIP 1037

I've had a few people reply with agreement on ending the agony on this one
with a DIAS. Some email addys are 'bouncing', and still others are
unresponsive.
Most importantly, the GM has been unresponsive since some time last year.

The remaining faithfuls want to end this one in a DIAS.

Unless I hear from ANY objections, I am going to gather what information I
can from game postings and Shanes website and put this one to bed.
