Good point...I constantly find it mindbongling trying to figure out 
what criteria search engines go by...
most search engines are very secretive about the indexing rules they 
use.
Of course, they have to be, or everyone would try to get their page 
on top whether it had something to do with what someones searching 
on or not.(Get a kick outta how many times porn sites come up in a 
totally unrelated search).
If you have the Almighty Dollar to spread around that seems to help 
get you noticed too.
Getting the word out would definitely help...
A search on Cat23 Diplomacy might yield better results.:)
