Well, that's one of the more difficult parts of being GM. You don't get to 
decide how the players play their positions. A players orders a product of 
their own motivations, and, as GM, you don't get the luxury of sticking your 
finger in. So, the advise is, let them play. They need to learn and won't ever 
learn if the GM helps.

Also, for future reference. You really don't ever want to post someones orders 
to this list unless your asking about an after-the-fact situation.

Oh, and lastly, those orders are basically HOLD orders. None of those supports 
can succeed. So, in a way, its rather clever.
