Hi Tony,

I am also not favourizing Proxy Orders but if it is your wish to allow 
those then may it it be so.

I just want to let you know that we are on vacation from 6th-13th August 
in Northern Germany without Intrenet access.

So could you please delay the start of the game where I am supposed to 
be in til 13th or 14th August?

My preference list is:
1. France   2. Germany   3. Turkey   4. England   5. Italy   6. Austria
