In the situation I'm describing, the unit in Egypt is owned by the 
same country who has the fleet in the Med.  So it's an automatically 
assumed approval of the support.  The issue is merely: if you can 
move through the canal in one move, can you also support a fleet on 
the other side of the canal through the canal?
