I'll agree with Peter as well. There are now quite a number of web based places to play. I like to think that Cat23 played some small part in spreading the popularity of Diplomacy over the last ten years or so. There is a great deal more crossover play between forums. Few places are isolated islands of Diplomacy any longer.
