You must accept the moves as they are. Whatever Austria is doing is a consequence of his interaction with the other players, and that's what the game is all about. GMs are essentially adjudicators, they cannot interfere with the course of the game, and certainly cannot disapprove of moves which appear to give one power an "unfair advantage".
