By using Mambo/Joomla CMS the html design is minimal as the Web Site 
is "skinable" through templates, with menus being created 
dynamically.

Take a look at www.gosportnerws.org.uk and you get the idea. Most of 
the content is posted by people who have no idea whatsoever of HTML, 
they just create an article in a "word type editor"

It takes about 5 mins to set a site up, and maybe a couple of hours 
to edit graphics & such.

Other stuff such as a forum, message board, mailing lists, etc are 
just as easy to set-up/implement.

In short - I is a lazy arse. But it works.
