CCat23 Diplomacy Service Provider?
Exactly what is Cat23 in terms of Grand Hobby picture?
When I first entered the email hobby a few years ago I saw it as the
place you went to for game starts, game numbers, and the comfirm order
email service.  Are Cat23 and DipyKnights directly linked, one uses the
others data?

In the postal hobby the structure was more defined than in the email
hobby.  At the top level of the hobby what do you have in mind.

Lets see:

           Diplomacy World, news organ
           Cat23-Ngame  game openings
           Cat23-GM     Game Master Form
           cat23@confirm <mailto:cat23@confirm>   Game Order Service
           Other Services ?? cat23-game.number@

           Require supporting services to have Cat23 part of name.
           eg. Diplomaticcorp.Cat23.org

Missing:
         Diplomacy.Cat23.???  Web Site
         First Function: Explain Services and how to use them
         Second Function: Links to Supporting Game Masters;
               Links to suporting structures like Dipyknights;
               Supported Structures required to Link to Cat23.??

Two things I could add to Structure, a Game Master Adjudicator, Game
file system produced by Adjudicator or GM.  File format can be searched
by player, game, year, rating.  [last.first.rating.game.year.txt]

Your Point Rating is determined by how many SC you controlled over the
course of the game divided by number of years in game.
Each Player in a Draw gets the same number of points, but the more
players in the Draw the lower the Points.  The GM rating works the same
way!  Player who leave a game without finding a replacement get a minus
in front of their points.

These results can be accumulated in a Master File giving a Player Rating
for the last 1 to 15 Games Played with the 2 or 3 worse ones removed! 
This master File could also be used to determine a Tournament Winner!
Each Player.Game File would contain End Game Statements, Game Index,
Players.

I've done this experimentaly it works.  This could become new system for
Dipy Knights.

I've come to conclusion folks are not interested in such a system but
thought I would throw it out there anyway.
