If there was in fact real interest, I would be willing to put together a 
www.dipomacy.cat23.com site. Since I've been using the Joomla content 
managment app, I would put up a fresh install just for Dip. I like 
Joomla because content can be managed directly online without the need 
for going through a single webmaster and having to wait for updates to 
be uploaded to the server. I also have some mailing lists, and as the 
domain is Cat23 anyway, lists could keep the same familiar names. I 
webforum might also be useful as a place for GM's to post game results 
for public consumption and as an easy archive.
