Ray,
  I'm pretty sure someone told me that yellow ball
story before. I still think it's an urban myth -
Snopes doesn't say squat about it that I can find.
  I'd be perfectly happy with a timeline, but the
onion bit sounds mighty interesting. Besides, we all
remember story time with Grandpa Ray *very* fondly!
