CAT-1262 Standard needs one more player

6 players have already shown their interest in the game (see previous
posts in the list) and we need a 7th one, observers are welcome too. 

All players must confirm their participation sending me an email with
their list of preferences. 

I will be posting link to house rules and ad-hoc site as soon as all
players are confirmed. 

The game will be normal paced (one game-year per two weeks aprox.).
Rules on NMRs, press types and other details can be discussed but in
principle my line is:

NMRs: 
1. NMRing and not replying to GM after it means you are out
2. Two successive NMRs also mean that you are out

Press: white (signed) and grey (anonymous) press are valid. No black
press (in another's name) admitted . 

I will take all candidate players as observers/potential replacements.
So don't shy out if you can't right now.
