CAT 1262: UPDATE

Hi again.

This is going well and 8 or 9 people have already shown interest in
playing. I have only country preferences from three of them though.
They are:

- Former Trout
- setac_astronomy
- Karl Vondran

The four other players who first send their preference list TO ME will
be the chosen ones. The rest will have to resign to be
replacements/observers. 

By the moment, the other members who have expressed interest in
playing but have not sent preference list and therefore are not yet
confirmed are:

- Nim
- Jimbo
- Matt
- Tym Otto
- Paul Lacey
- Jacob Traeger (who did not write to me but to setac_astronomy)

As soon as I have all 7 players confirmed, we'll migrate to the
Cat23-1200 mail list, where active games are posted. Players should
make sure they are subscribed to that list too. 

I think that with a little of luck we can start this very week. In the
meanwhile I will be peparing the house rules and the online site.
