I don't think Ray is sounding smug.  More worn out.  I don't know if you are 
aware, but Ray has run Cat23 for many years, and is only just now bowing out 
of an active role.  He deserves thanks, not put-downs.

That said, I think there are still a few lives left for the Cat, and I am 
glad some people are stepping forward to liven things up.

More potential recruits for the elite forum.  ;^)
