1270 Call for Replacement

Hey folks,
  We need a new Russian. The game is still in the
early stages (S02!) The position is still tenable, but
not at all favorable. Russia didn't gain any SCs in
01, so a strong diplomat is preferable (or someone
willing to play a mercy position until he can manage
to give away all his SCs.)

Please reply to me, not the list. My House Rules are a
bit stringent, but nothing the rest of my players
haven't been willing to live with. I'll send them upon
request, and you can confirm your willingness to
submit to them before finalizing your place in the
game. First come, first served.
