Hi folks,

Unfortunately, our Kaiser in Reminiscence 1265 has failed to submit orders
and we need a new leader for the German forces.  It is a 4-center power
heading into Fall 1904, and while under a little bit of fire, can be viewed
as an interesting challenge for a worthy dip player.  =)
