BLACK SEA CONFLICT EXPANDS INTO NEIGHBORING STATES! - The Prime 
Minister of Rumania has expressed alarm at the conflict threatening 
to engulf the region, and is seeking security guarantees from Russia 
after an alarming Turkish invasion of Bulgaria, and clashes between 
the Russian and Turkish navies in the Black Sea. Preliminary reports 
suggest that dissident elements within Armenia are threatening to 
compromise security along its northern border.

BELGIANS WAFFLING! - The threat of invasion by no fewer than three of 
the Great Powers has taxed Belgium's diplomatic corps to its very 
limits. According to an anonymous source within the foreign ministry: 
'We are deadlocked, and can't seem to decide whom to seek alliance 
with'. A meeting is planned in Antwerp later this fall to plan a 
further strategy, but will the waffling cost Belgium in the end?

SWEDISH COASTS THREATENED! - Sweden's people are lamenting the 
decommissioning of the Royal Swedish Navy last year as both Russian 
and German fleets have begun patrolling its coastal waters. Some 
predict a naval conflict as early as September. Factions within the

ENGLISH MINISTRY SPEAKS - (UPI, London.) Prime minister Lord Julius 
today strongly denied allegations concerning the whereabouts of the 
German Ambassador, and the various reported sightings of said 
statesman in and around the "gentlemen's quarter" of London. "An 
Ambassador is a terrible thing to lose. Someone else's, doubly so", 
he commented.

GM Notes:
I feel badly about the German misorder, as I should have published a 
unit location list.  I have remedied that, beginning with this 
adjudication.  In spite of feeling badly, however, I do not feel that 
it is appropriate for me to ask for clarification on submitted order 
sets.  Please note that maps with province names are readily 
available on the internet.  The misorder stands.

I have ruled the English move to "Nor" as acceptable in this case, 
since the only land area that can be reached is Norway, and this is a 
clear attempt to convoy.  However, please note that "Nor" has a lot 
of potential for ambiguity.  Suggested abbreviations are Nth for 
North Sea, Nrg for Norwegian Sea, NAt for North Atlantic, and Nwy for 
Norway.
