Still Need German Build

I'm still missing the German build order.  Colin, you have twelve 
hours to contact me, or I will have to search for a replacement.

This brings up another point:  I have limited ability to conduct 
Diplomacy on the weekends.  I may occasionally be able to adjudicate 
on the weekend, but that would be the exception.  Accordingly, if a 
deadline is set for Friday, it is very important that the players do 
their best to meet it.
