Seeking German Replacement

I have posted on the CAT-23 board for a replacement for Germany. 
Colin, if you are still interested in playing, you need to explain to 
me why you shouldn't be replaced.  Hopefully we can get things back 
on track shortly.  In any case, we will likely push the coming turn 
deadline back to next week, Aug. 3rd, in order to give the new player 
a chance to interact with everyone.
