PRESSES FAIL TO RUN HEADLINE STORY!
(Geneva) World presses, so un-used to receiving stories from outside 
agencies, last winter failed to print a statement from the British 
government in which they declared victory and an end to hostilities. 
The World Press Agency sincerely regrets the oversight, and has 
extended its deepest apologies to the British Prime Minister. 
"Routine and ongoing submissions from the warring nations would help 
us avoid such confusion," asserted the WPA.  "We stress the 
impartiality of the World Press Agency here in Geneva, and would urge 
all nations to make continuing use of our services."
