I will reset the Fall, 1903 deadline for Friday, Sept. 16th, with the 
following note:  I will not be able to adjudicate any time that 
weekend.  Players must respond promptly with their order by 12:00 
Noon, EDT, on the 16th or the adjudication will be delayed until the 
following Monday, which could further disrupt our schedule.

Given the length of time you have all had for this turn, I will 
seriously consider replacing anyone who is late for this new 
deadline.  I encourage everyone to send prelims in right now.
