GM Notes:

I noted an error in the Spring adjudication in which France failed to 
move F Bre.  That should have been noted in the report as an 
unordered unit, but apparently nobody noticed.  However, since the 
unit was clearly built (see Winter '04 game report), and since the 
unit was listed in the unit position report for Spring, I have 
included the unit here.  Thus, France has no adjustments this Winter.

Also, I did not record a retreat for the displaced Austrian Army 
Tyrolia for the Summer turn.  However, since Joseph's Fall orders did 
not include the unit, and no one else mentioned it, I assumed it to 
be a bookkeeping error on my part and retreated the unit OTB prior to 
resolving this turn.

Deadline time change:  Originally, all deadlines were assumed to be 
12:00 noon Eastern U.S. time.  This deadline was predicated on my 
being able to process the moves while at work.  This is no longer the 
case.  Accordingly, the new default deadline will be 6:00pm Eastern 
U.S. time.  It is likely, however, as a practical matter, that the 
moves will not be processed until much later in the evening.  As 
always, I will accept changes right up until I actually adjudicate. 
However, the official deadline is 6:00pm and you will make late 
submissions at your own risk.

Holiday time is coming up.  If you will be spending significant time 
away, please send me your suggested schedule changes.

This adjudication is more prone to mistakes than most.  Please check 
it carefully!

Once again, I thank you for your patience, and hope that with my 
computer and work issues sorting themselves out, we will get this 
game back on track.
