GM Notes:

I have not yet received responses from everyone, but hopefully you 
are all receiving this.  Obviously, we are delayed yet again, so note 
the new deadlines.  They are relatively soon in the hopes that we can 
make some actual game progress before the holidays.  Just to 
reiterate, the deadline time is 6:00pm U.S. Eastern time.

I have the adjustments, so I will go ahead and send this out from 
work.  I WILL NOT SEND A MAP THIS TURN IN THE INTERESTS OF SPEED. 
PLEASE KEEP TRACK OF YOUR UNITS.  I'll send a map with the next 
adjudication.  If you are desperate for a map, let me know and I'll 
try to get you one when I get home tonight.
