RE: Players needed to finish upgraded adjudicator!

To ED1030 players:

Have made great improvements in the original adjudicator! 
Files not need by user are out of sight.  To reach order
input files, simply click desktop folder, game folder, then
@ country file.

Use interactive map to find an area on the map by clicking
its name in upper frame.  Find information in upper frame
from map by clicking a name or unit on the map.  Right
clicking a menu entry will give an explaination of that
selection.

Feature I wish to add:  Clicking the Country name at the
bottom of the map will bring up an email order form listing
each unit.  You can enter the order without it showing up
on the screen making face to face games possible.
