To Players!
Before deleting this folder from my files I thought I would
check to see if you wish this game to continue.  I have the
necessary files for my program to continue this game.  I
would replace myself with another player and GM the game.

There would be two rule changes:  We would use my Engineer
unit which allows conversions and builds outside of ones
home centers, and Diplomatic Influence moves for players
who have NMR but not resigned their position.  This will
speed up the game and allow someone to win!

If I get 80% agreement we can give it a try!
