World Dippy 1037 India/Pacific Russia challenge all Diplomacy Players!

Only three out of the ten players wished to continue so to test how 
fast I/PR could conquer the world I will play against anyone who 
wishes to send in moves for one or all of the other countries!

Once a week I will make moves even if there is no opposition.  Yes I 
will know your moves but its 10/2 !

Preference given to orders received!
1. Coalition orders - a group of orders from different players but 
with same Coalition name at top of form. 
2. Former player from game who makes a note of this with orders.
3. First set of orders for a country not doing something like suicide 
orders.
