The temporary peace but together by the UN is over!  Russia/Quebec 
Declared War on Europe.  Pacific Russia and India, known as the Axis, 
then Declared war on Russia, Australia, Quebec and Canada.  Will the 
Democratic Powers unite to defeat the Axis powers or will they seek to 
profit from this War. 

Player Generals have been directed to issue commands to the various
armies in the field.  Engineer Corps are forming around the world.  
India has built the first operational Fighter base.  

It is rumored that the Axis has broken various military codes World 
Wide!
