I would like the leading daymios to agree who's the winner if any. Else,=20
an considering that the game has too many stalemate lines, sepacially=20
the one we are on right now, I suggest a 4-way or even a 3-way draw,=20
even if the rules of the variant don't provide for it. In this sense we=20
could name Shogun a player that has no centers anymore, so we fulfill=20
the formality.

I'm really tired of positional waste of time without diplomacy but the=20
fact is that there's a stalemate line and the blocs are too solid to=20
change things. So the draw seems the only available exit. If we can't=20
agree to a Shogun, let's divivide Japan, make it an Italian-stayle=20
parlamentary republic or sell the island to a western power in exchange=20
of some sun-bathed atoll.

The question is that the game won't surely move much from where we are now.
