Thank you! You nailed it. That's exactly what I wanted to know. Nothing weird going on here, just, all things considered, I'd rather go by my gaming name than my real name. I at least like to give myself some allusion of anonymity. ;-) --- In [email protected], Mark Arvidson <mark_arvidson@...> wrote: > > The DPJudge account only needs your registered email to recognize you. When you find a game and join, it will assign you a power. Once you receive a message assigning you a power, you go direct to the web interface for that game. Check your assigned power, enter your password (chosen when you joined the game), and you now have a blank slate to be whoever you choose to be for the game. The Judge could care less if you call yourself "Germany" or "Kaiser" or "I am a Jelly Doughnut". > > Does that help? > > -Mark > > > --- On Tue, 12/30/08, fadingcaptain <fadingcaptain@...> wrote: > > > From: fadingcaptain <fadingcaptain@...> > > Subject: [dpjudge] User Name > > To: [email protected] > > Date: Tuesday, December 30, 2008, 9:34 PM > > Noob question. . . > > > > When you play a game on DPJudge what user name do you use? > > The one > > that you create for your DPJudge account or the one that > > you submit on > > your e-mail to join a game? > ------------------------------------
