What am I doing wrong while creating this game?

I haven't created a game in a couple of years but I am just about to do that again. I used one of my old create games e-mails and sent one game creation request, but unfortunately that failed miserably. Right now I feel my brain is not thinking well so, what am I doing wrong? I must have tried 10-15 different requests and I am including one of the most simple attempts here. Any help is appreciated.
