Just see no reason why time is an element in a e-mail, or web based game,
unless of course you intend to leave planet earth.If a player fails to
follow the rules, or loses interest, then find a replacement however long it
takes. Was in a game that lasted close to two years, discussed politics
during the slack periods.(Bill Clinton's impeachment was the topic at the
time)
