Openings

Hey All,

I know there are a few games out there waiting, but I want to draw attention to 
Game Sphere, an Imperial variant using the Vassal_Dummies rule.

In 1865 and USA @ 17/17 and Holland @ 17/17 are both open.  No powers are 
vassals as yet, and in review of the map, none are likely to become vassals 
soon. However, Brazil and Russia are dummied due to missed deadlines and CSA is 
eliminated. Sphere is still a great game with lots of potential for anyone 
interested in Imperial and the Vassal_Dummies rule.
